Benefits coverage for full time employees begins on the date of hire, and you have 31 days to elect your benefits or make changes after a Qualified Life Event.

Making Changes After Open Enrollment

During the year, you cannot make changes to your benefits unless you have a Qualified Life Event (QLE). Changes due to a QLE must be made within 30 days of the event date, otherwise, you will have to wait until the next annual Open Enrollment period to make changes (unless you experience another Qualified Life Event).
